Absolutely Best sandwich bread recipe!
I use instant yeast and throw it all in the bread maker to mix and rise. But I always bake it in the oven and it looks and tastes beautiful! Light fluffy fresh.
I will alternate between butter and vegetable oil depending on what I have readily available.
