One of the best beef dishes I’ve ever had let alone that I’ve made myself. I used my insta pot instead of whistle pressure cooker. I did 25 minutes of high pressure on quick release mode before transferring it to the pot to simmer. I also halved the pepper because that was too much. I used onion instead of shallot and didn’t notice the difference. It takes a long time to dry out hit you have to be patient and not stir it too much when it sautées. I feel like a chef could have made this in a restaurant. It goes really well with Greek yogurt.
