Oh my! These are a total game changer if gluten free! Even my non gf daughter likes them.
They do taste slightly lentil-y I.e. a bit 'earthy', but it's not at all unpleasant.
The texture is beautiful! Just like an ordinary bread roll.
I pulsed all the ingredients together first except the ACV and bicarb, and then watched the magic happen as I speedily added those last 2 ingredients and blended in the processor. The dough came together very quickly.
I adjusted the ingredients to only make 6 rolls, and it was perfect.
