I like sour lemons so used about half of the sweetener with the filling and it was perfect for me. We don't have readily available powdered sweetener here so I sprinkled with some lemon zest. The base was very wet so could possibly get away with using less butter and next time I'll add lemon zest to the base as well. Turned out really tasty and very easy to make!
