This was recommended to me, and I really felt it wouldn't come together given its complete lack of spices. It actually comes out nice, and there is some depth of flavour there with the coconut and peanut. Cook it long enough to meld the flavors (watch for burning at the bottom, keep it low). I did add a little more chili sauce and cayenne than maybe others will, and that made it a really hearty, warming bowl of goodness over rice.
