This is a tasty dish for a small gathering, or, with each slider sliced in half, this would make a great appetizer. I made a mistake, when I made it, by utilizing real bacon chips instead of freshly cooked bacon, that was been crumbled Bacon chips, left an overwhelming taste which overpowered the chicken, and cheeses. In fact, next time I make this, I will totally leave out bacon.(and this is unheard of, because I love bacon!) My other caution is that this makes enough spread for another 9-10 slider buns.
I will warm up leftover spread and use it as a hot dip for tortilla or pita chips.
