This was good. Fresh and lots of flavor. A few things:
- This was my first time making tempeh. It was good. Recipe was easy to follow. I mixed the sauce in afterwards so it was crispy. There wasn't really any "left over" sauce. It coated the tempeh nicely. 
- I wanted warm veggies so I ended up sautéing the broccoli and then adding peppers, cabbage and carrots after the fact.
- I made the tahini soy sauce. Was a nice added kick to the recipe. Made plenty - likely too much. 
- You could use leftover rice or just have it fresh. It ultimately depends on if you want a cold meal or something warmer.
