Quite good really! I did follow someone else's tip of pre-processing the lentils a bit before adding other ingredients and I was happy with the texture after doing that. Mine did not rise much at all which I think might be due to the leavening instructions. Next time I will try blending in all the dry ingredients, then adding the vinegar last and shaping/baking ASAP. Will sprinkle with a little flaky salt next time too.
