This was good, but it needed some extra stuff. I made a few substitutions, plant-based chickpea spaghetti noodles and coconut cream instead of heavy whipping cream. I also added broccoli and a plant-based salmon burger (Good Catch brand). It turned out quite good! I loved the lemony flavor.
