Not a favorite but this was ok. It’s cheap so a good meal if want something inexpensive to make. Tuna is clever. Great pantry dish at end of week when running out of things to make.
I skipped the oven part and melted mozzarella on top in the skillet to cut down time. I also sprinkled fresh basil for color and flavor.
This would taste good with cut up carrots and sweet peppers. It would be good spicy as well. Maybe some fresh peppers, creole seasoning, cayenne pepper, or spicy canned tomatoes.
