This was really good! We followed other suggestions to double the spices, which worked great. Except the crushed red pepper, I don’t think I’ll double that next time. It was too spicy for me which started to cover up the flavor. But my husband is a spice guy and loved it. And the left overs mellowed so they were better. We didn’t end up adding any lime juice, it was so good as is. Simmer time stated in the recipe was also pretty accurate, just took 35 minutes for us.
