The ratios are way off. Added an extra 1/2 cup of flour (made a smaller batch that only used 2 cups of flour in the first place) and it was still extremely sticky and the texture of the finished product wasn't great. You'd need an entire extra cup of flour to make it work, I think. Don't make this recipe, clearly the author just got some storebought english muffins for photos and then made up random numbers for the ingredient quantities.
