This was flavor! I added some of my own additional spices, like Cinnamon, Turmeric, Garam Masala, and Star Anise. That really upped the flavor on this dish. I made it for eight people and used three recipes, which I would not do in the future. The starch caused a burn notice on my Cosori pressure cooker. I removed some of the starch and added more coconut milk. Even though I got two burn notices, I just shut down the pressure cooker and my dish was actually done! I used boneless chicken thighs and the flavor was so good! I made the coconut rice and cilantro to go with it.
