I used this ganache to top some raspberry filled vanilla cupcakes I made for my dad's birthday. I'm not a fan of white chocolate and found the ganache to be rather sweet, but it was a hit with everyone else and balanced well with the fruit in the cupcakes. It also had a really nice consistency perfect for piping.
