made the chicken in the instant pot (frozen thighs or breasts with some chicken broth for moisture and salt/pepper) and put it on manual for 20 minutes — left it slow release and left on keep warm for ~30 min. after chilling it only takes a couple of minutes to put it all together — so delicious, a go to for the workweek. update: also good with plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream — and a bit of sweetener!!
