Missed out on making more sauce because i was out of cornstarch and flour didn't quite cut it, but the chicken was absolutely amazing. Made it with coconut rice, fried bean Sprouts, and Steamed Aubergine (that were slightly too steamed) and it was to die for.
From the time I started the rice to when it was cooked (40 mins on stovetop), I had made both the Beansprouts and chicken and Steamed the Aubergine.
Highly recommend.
