Step 1
Thinly slice chicken breast (1mm if possible). Marinate with ingredients for marinated chicken, mix well and let rest 10-15 mins at room temp. TIP: One guide said to put meats in freezer briefly to give them a super fine slice, then bring to room temp before cooking.
Step 2
Fry in cooking oil until cooked. Add garlic and green onion, fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 3
Add sauce ingredients and stir fry another minute or two on high heat until well mixed. Serve with rice and veggie dishes.
