Absolutely delicious. I added a teaspoon of Arizona chipotle powder (can sub with normal chipotle powder, I recommend it, it adds a nice spice) and used water and vegetarian “beef” bouillon for the stock. Served with cheese over garlic mashed potatoes. Will 100% make again
Edit: 3 cans beans, 1 can crushed tomato, 1 can diced w/ chiles, bell pepper + onion, spices -> best chili
