This was good but potatoes did not cook enough, luckily I did not pound out the chicken (I did slice in half lengthways); I turned the temp to 450 degrees to finish cooking both potatoes and chicken for 10 more minutes. Next time I will cook potatoes at higher temp then reduce to 425 and add chicken for 30 minutes.
