Super easy and quick, and very very tasty. Almost vegitarian, just needs a swap for the sour cream, I used greek yoghurt in mine as I had this in the fridge, it worked fine, but of course, it's not vegitarian. Made a great meal with wholegrain rice, but would also make a great sauce for more substantial dinner, either chopped meat fried off and added or as a pouring sauce over stake, or a veg such as sweet potatoes or butternut squash. Will be on our weekly meal plan in some format from now on
