I'm not following a keto diet, just wanted something to grab for breakfast on the run. I used a load of mixed nuts, pumpkin, sunflower, linseeds and chia seeds. I used molasses as my sweetener, probably not as much as asked for, but I don't want them sweet, just sticking together. I didn't have any dessicated coconut so left that out, but did add in some cacao nibs. They are divine.
