I used a sweet potato instead of the swede (rutabaga) since I had some around, and some extra sausages.
Since broccoli is *not* liked by the rest of the family, I skipped it and served it with roast potatoes (again, trying to use up some of the veggies I had on hand). This is quite delicious, but a little on the sweet side - although I did enjoy the slight change from my usual sausage bake.
