Sausage & maple swede traybake

Parboiled the swede otherwise it won't cook enough. Next time I'd add the onion later as that was overcooked. Used the airfryer at 160c and checked regularly, and gave it a good shake. It was very tasty though.

I used a sweet potato instead of the swede (rutabaga) since I had some around, and some extra sausages. Since broccoli is *not* liked by the rest of the family, I skipped it and served it with roast potatoes (again, trying to use up some of the veggies I had on hand). This is quite delicious, but a little on the sweet side - although I did enjoy the slight change from my usual sausage bake.

If you use fatty sausages I'd cook the separate.

I switched the maple for honey, switched the swede for sweet potato and used chipolatas as it’s what I had in the fridge to use.it tired out nice tho, I’d deffo make it again.
