These were his differences from the original recipe for this version:
- probably don't need that much stock
- This variation less sweet/sour
- NO SUGAR
- NO MUSTARD
- adds 2 gold potatoes
oven 350 degrees - maybe 30-45 . KEEP SKIN UP AND OUT OF LIQUID
- after cooking - can be any vinegar or lemon juice (he used apple cider vinegar)
- adds SOME parsley at end after the vinegar
- don't have to add butter at end like instructions say if u want it healthier
- serve with rest parsley on top
