Had no idea how much fruit I should have put in it, couldn't find it in the recipe. So I put what suited me in. Lovely light recipe, really enjoyed it. Old school bread pudding was heavy but this was a lovely change. So easy, I'll be making it every time I have left over bread. Delish...
