This was better than any butter chicken I've ever ordered out. Wow. I'm stunned! It was kind of a lot of work to make, but worth every bite. I suggest doubling the recipe so you have lots of leftovers! Will be saving this recipe permanently. Only changes made were 1) i used coconut milk instead of heavy cream and 2) used half the amount of chili powder and it was very very mild that way (i have sensitivity to spiciness). Everything else was done according to recipe!
