This was my first time making hummus and it was so easy. Very glad I finally tried it and now I don't think I can go back to buying it from the store!! To make it every more accessible, I cooked the whole bag of presoaked dried chickpeas in my instant pot, cooled and froze them in portions, so then I just took out two portions for this hummus recipe. Just a quick few zaps in the microwave + some cooling, and they were ready to purée.
