These are amazing! The first time I made them, the husband and kids all declared them to be the best I’ve ever made. So this is my go to recipe now. I sometimes make a huge batch and freeze them on a cookie tray before frying, then pop them in a bag once frozen to be taken out when needed. It works great and make a simple freezer meal. I’ve made many recipes from the recipe tin eats website over the years and they never disappoint.
