Great technique even when loaded up with toppings. Used mozzarella, Italian sausage, olives, red bell pepper, and mushrooms sliced thin on mandolin (3-4 per pizza). Under the broiler for 6 minutes. Out of the oven topped with roasted garlic, Mama Lil's peppers, and arugula. May try dividing the dough into fifths for a thinner crust. Overall very pleased with the results!
