Turned out soo good I listened to the other reviews and I baked mine on convection too, they turned out crispy and bouncy within about 13 minutes! i let the oven heat up for a *really* long time too, and before i bathed the pretzels i let the baking soda water boil for like 20 minutes before submerging them! only thing i’d recommend against is using parchment paper lol, some got stuck to the bottoms of mine but they were still amazing!!
