Pretty good weekday meal, cooked with roast potatoes. Some chilli flakes would be a good addition to the sauce.
Added:
- 1tsp Wholegrain mustard
- dash of lemon juice
- 100ml chicken stock (1/2 stock cube)
- swapped cream for creme fraiche (3tbsp)
2nd variant tried (super tasty) same as original, but;
- whole pack of mushrooms, cooked in butter & olive oil
- 100ml beef stock
- 1tsp Wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tub philly (instead of the cream)
