The instructions for your recipes are awful,if you can even call them instructions,you leave out steps jump to other steps.Example on this recipe you say to squeeze out onion and peppers but don't say to blend them first wich for most people would leave them wondering how you can squeeze juice out of whole onions and peppers and then you say to add coriander seeds and cumen seeds and I know you don't mean whole but like I said they are examples.Not going to get very far with instructions like that or are the people trying to follow.

If you look at ingredients list, you'll see the onions and peppers are finely chopped, not blended. You can squeeze excess liquid out of them using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth.

The ingredients also state to toast and grind the whole spices.
