Ingredients

950glamb mince
3onion
small, finely chopped
1 cupmixed capsicums
¼ cupsweet pointed red pepper
5green chillies
finely chopped
3 tablespoonfresh Coriander
1 tablespoonsalt
or to taste
1egg
1 tablespoongarlic ginger paste
2 tablespoonolive oil
1 tablespoonbutter
½ tablespoongaram masala
½ tablespoonblack pepper
1 tablespoonpaprika
1 teaspoonchilli powder
½ tablespooncoriander seeds

Instructions
Step 1
Make sure mince is drained and dry
Step 2
Toast and ground cumin and coriander seeds
Step 3
Squeeze and remove all the water from onions and peppers

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Ensure you mix thoroughly and mince is like a sticky consistency.

Let it sit for 30 mins

Then prepare kebabs

Oil both hands and the skewer you're going to use

Gently caress the mince onto the skewers making long sausage shape kebabs. Make sure there's no cracks and it's nice and smooth

Preheat oven to 200c

Roast in oven for 25 mins, gently flipping over after 15 mins
