Prep work wasn’t bad at all. I made a larger portion for meal prep. Overall very easy to make. Filling. Mines came out a little soupier but that was my fault because some of my ratios were off.. and once you let it sit a while it firms nicely. You can also add broccoli, brussel sprouts, and or tomato’s (shakshouka is normally tomato based) really it’s super customizable. Very good stuff here
