I didn’t have any bacon but it wasn’t missed anyway. Really delicious chowder, will definitely make again. I added a pot of single cream (as well as the milk) and two chicken stock pots - I had to double up as I was making for 4 persons. To stop it curdling I added some milk once the onions were soft and put in some cornflour; this seemed to do the trick! Fresh parsley really adds to it so worth putting it in 😊
