perhaps it needed longer? or maybe scoring the skin would have helped? 🤔

Maybe next time I'll try it to airfryer it a bit longer, because as the other part of the skin is partially bulging so big (afraid that it might explode/burnt so I stopped at 30min).
You can see the that I have poked some hole, maybe should scoring more.

To get a really crispy skin, I score the skin and rub in a bit of olive oil and salt. Never cooked this in an air fryer but it works a treat in the oven

It's best to poke alot of tiny holes that go till the fat, your holes are quite big and spaced. Also make sure it's as dry as possible, I coat the top with salt let it sit for 15 min and then take it off and dry it as good as possible. Hope it works the next time!
