The gnocchi were really easy to make and they tasted amazing! I did however replace the parsley with my homemade pesto sauce and I also squeezed a bit of lemon on top for more acidity. Really easy to make but next time I’ll use regular potatoes as mine turned out a bit too sweet 😊
