What I loved about this recipe is how incredibly quick it was to make.
Prep your veggies while you wait for the water to boil for the noodles, and your sauce will be done right about the time the noodles are.
We put the vegan chicken in the air fryer at the same time we started cooking the noodles and everything was ready in about 10-15 minutes after the noodles went in the water.
