PSA; MODDED RECIPE
I am a snail, and I found this recipe easy to make in my small kitchen. I am making these for my work tonight and to have some for later.
10/10, delicious, soft, and easy to share or store for later.
This recipe is also a great "base" so even if you don't have all these ingredients in your kitchen, substitute them easily for other options! For example I didn't have ham, but I had deli chicken. I had a little bit of leftover pepper jack cheese and havarti. For the saucey buttery glaze I didn't have poppy seeds, minced onion, etc so I used bagel seasoning. My variation turned out delcious, sweet, and filling.
Tips:
0.75 pounds = 12oz
Oven tempature: 350°F
Time in oven: 20 minutes covered, aprox 5 minutes uncovered.
