Delicious. I used a sweeter ham too and mayo. But I'll probably eat these as snacks for a long time.
I did use a little more dijon mustard so I could add a little honey to it. It was amazing. I am sadly allergic to poppy seeds so I replaced them with a butter/herb seasoning. Crunchy like them !
