Took out the olives and added Feta cheese. Subbed in brown rice for the couscous, and I also used store bought red pepper hummus rather than homemade. For the dressing, i used about 1/8 cup of apple cider vinegar instead of white wine vinegar. I also was out of the paprika, so i excluded that but will be trying it next time. It tastes absolutely delicious! It made 6 meal prep lunch/dinners, but i only took a picture of 5 because one got eaten too quickly
