This was so delicious! I used Seasoned Rice Vinegar because I remembered it mentioned in her Tik Tok video that it's the best choice for this, and I had some on hand, but I have no doubt it would be just as good with Apple Cider Vinegar. The sauce is so incredibly good! I doubled the recipe but only used half of the second batch to cook, and drizzled a bit more on after. I put it on broil (I like it a bit more crispy) and forgot about it (oops), but even some burnt spots didn't ruin it. Will make this again and again! I served it with sauteed cabbage and noodles, with a bit of soy sauce.
