This was so delicious. The sauce was perfectly balanced in sweet, spicy, and nutty. I love spice and ended up using the full amount of gochujang and added additional black pepper to my liking. This was my first time trying glass noodles, and they have a delightful chewy, bouncy texture with perfect slurp factor. I can see now how they would be good cold. The shrimp went well with all of the flavors…just pure comfort in a dish. Will definitely be making this again. 🙏🏻
