The buns came out pretty well overall, but I could not find in the recipe or in the video at what temperature to bake the dough
I finally baked them for 24 mins at 200c in a fan oven, turning them half way through to ensure even cooking.
Note also I kneaded at speed 5 for 10 minutes using a Kenwood, and also added a handful of candied peel. Also I glazed with diluted marmalade, which, I think complemented the orange zest in the dough.
I did find the dough quite wet though, and next time will add a bit more flour during the kneading process.
I will use this recipe again
