I love sauce so I like trippled the recipe ๐
I did add onions so instead of cooking garlic first I started with the pork. After that cooked through I removed it from the pan then added onions, there was still plenty of butter in the pan so I didn't need to add more. Then once those got translucent I added the garlic and cooked for another minute or two. Then added the broth and heavy cream and lemon juice. Added some other seasonings to taste and I thickened it with a cornstarch slurry.
