Used an 8x8 metal nonstick pan and had to bake at least 10 mins longer - more like 45-50 minutes.
I also used decaf Italian VIA from Starbucks instead of espresso powder and I dissolved it into the butter & chocolate instead of adding it as a dry ingredient.
