These were an interesting texture—very gummy. They were good but I don’t think everyone would like them. I wouldn’t make them for people outside of my household coming for breakfast because the texture is an acquired taste. This recipe will feed 2 people not 6 as it made 5 pancakes. I just poured the batter into the pan straight from the blender and used a spatula to scrape the paste pancake out. Better than a lot of vegan pancake recipes but I’m still looking for a go to!
