So I just made this and wasn’t completely sure on the instructions, were me meant to add the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to the dough ball or use them as toppings? It said to add all ingredients together so I did that, including the cheese, and the cheese has now melted all around the chicken crust. I’m going to still try and salvage with toppings and broil but I’m wondering if I made a mistake by doing that?
Update: this was soooo good, definitely recommend especially if you are needing a “pizza” fix. The crust ended up fine even with me adding both cheeses in. Topped with sugar free tomato sauce, fat free cheese, turkey pepperoni, Canadian bacon, olives, and mushrooms.
