How was the texture? If it was firm yet moist, how long Did it hold up? or did it dry dry out pretty quickly?

I baked it in my rv oven, which is a bit finicky, so it may not be a fair representation of what this would bake like in a normal oven. But mine came out a bit doughy on top and a bit dry on the bottom. But again, I think that's more to do with the rv oven than the recipe. I think this would turn out just fine in a normal oven.
