This was great! We don’t like mushrooms so i omitted those. I also used regular olives instead of Spanish and I won’t be adding those in next time. I used half the amount of artichoke hearts the recipe called for and I definitely won’t be adding those again. Nothing against artichokes I just don’t feel it went well. I also puréed the tomato’s in a blender for non-tomato-lovers and it worked out great. Topped with cilantro!
